Privacy Policy

How Tech Zone Media handles your information.

1. About this policy

This policy covers techzonemedia.com and enquiries sent to Tech Zone Media. Tech Zone Media is responsible for the personal information described here. For privacy questions, contact info@techzonemedia.com or write to 25 Eaves Lane, Chadderton, Oldham, OL9 8RG, UK. Client applications may have separate privacy notices and data processing agreements.

2. Information you provide

When you email us, we receive the name, email address, company details, project requirements and other information you choose to send. Please avoid including passwords, payment card details, patient records or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry. The contact form prepares a draft in your own email application; it does not send a message automatically. We receive the message when you send it.

3. Website operation and local forms

Hosting and network providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information, requested URL and access time, to deliver and protect the website. The newsletter field currently validates an email locally and does not register a subscription. The protected-page example does not create an account or grant access to private records.

4. Purposes and lawful bases

We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond and discuss possible work. Taking steps at your request before a contract is the basis where an enquiry concerns a potential agreement with you. For other business correspondence and website security, our legitimate interests are answering relevant requests and maintaining a dependable website; we consider those interests alongside your rights. Legal obligations may require us to keep relevant business records. Where consent is needed for an optional activity, we will request it separately and you may withdraw it.

5. Cookies, links and marketing

The current website does not include advertising trackers or analytics integrations. Fonts and reference design assets are served locally. Your browser or email provider may apply its own settings when opening an email draft. Social links take you to third-party websites with their own privacy and cookie policies. Entering an email in the current newsletter field does not enrol you in marketing. If optional tracking or a subscription service is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated.

6. Recipients and international processing

Information sent to us may be handled by the people responding to your enquiry and service providers supporting email, hosting, security or agreed project delivery. Information may also be disclosed when a legal requirement applies. Service providers can operate in different countries. Where a restricted international transfer is necessary, the applicable transfer requirements and appropriate safeguards must be met. Contact us to ask about the recipients or safeguards relevant to your information.

7. How long information is kept

Retention depends on why information was received, whether a discussion becomes a project, any ongoing relationship, and legal or dispute-related record requirements. We keep enquiry information only while it is relevant to the discussion and necessary follow-up. Contract and business records may need to be kept for longer to meet applicable obligations. Information should be deleted or anonymised when there is no longer a reason to retain it. You can ask us about the retention criteria applying to your enquiry.

8. Security

Access to enquiry information should be limited to the people and providers who need it for the stated purpose. No online transmission or storage method can promise complete security. If a project requires confidential or sensitive information, discuss an appropriate transfer method and contractual arrangements with us before sharing it.

9. Your rights and complaints

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restricted use or portability of your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights have conditions and exceptions. Email info@techzonemedia.com to make a request; we may need information to confirm your identity. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/ or another relevant supervisory authority.

10. Policy updates and contact

Last updated: 27 October 2026. We will publish changes on this page and provide further notice where required. For questions about this policy or your information, email info@techzonemedia.com.
