1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TechZone Media's website (techzonemedia.com) and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.

2. Services

TechZone Media provides software development, AI solutions, mobile app development, SaaS development, AR training solutions, SEO, and digital marketing services. All service engagements are governed by individual project agreements or statements of work (SOWs) signed between TechZone Media and the client. In case of conflict, the individual project agreement takes precedence over these general terms.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property created specifically for a client project becomes the property of the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. TechZone Media retains the right to: • Use open-source components and libraries in client projects • Retain general knowledge, methodologies, and experience gained during projects • Showcase project work in our portfolio (subject to client approval and NDA terms) Our website content, branding, and proprietary frameworks remain the exclusive property of TechZone Media.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. General terms include: • Projects typically require a deposit (20-50%) before work begins • Milestone-based payments are standard for larger projects • Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed • Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the project agreement • Work may be paused for accounts with outstanding invoices over 30 days We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and major credit cards. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

5. Confidentiality & NDA

TechZone Media treats all client information as confidential. We do not share client project details, business information, or technical specifications with third parties without written consent. Upon request, we are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any project discussions. Our standard NDA covers: • All business and technical information shared during discussions • Project details, specifications, and deliverables • Client identity and relationship information • Duration: typically 2 years after project completion

6. Warranties and Representations

TechZone Media warrants that: • Services will be performed by qualified professionals with the necessary expertise • We will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines • Code delivered will be original or properly licensed • We maintain adequate professional indemnity insurance We do not warrant that: • Software will be error-free (all software contains bugs; we commit to prompt resolution) • Services will meet all requirements not explicitly specified • Third-party services integrated will maintain their functionality Our liability is limited to the amounts paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechZone Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising out of or related to a specific project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination: • Client pays for all work completed to date • TechZone Media delivers all completed work and relevant assets • Each party returns or destroys confidential information of the other party TechZone Media may terminate immediately for non-payment, breach of these terms, or illegal or unethical project requirements.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, in accordance with the rules of the Pakistan Centre for Dispute Resolution.

10. Changes to Terms

TechZone Media reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of material changes via email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
