1. About these terms
These terms concern use of techzonemedia.com, operated under the name Tech Zone Media. Our contact address is 25 Eaves Lane, Chadderton, Oldham, OL9 8RG, UK, and our email is info@techzonemedia.com. Please read these terms before using the website. If you have a question about them, contact us.
2. Website information
The website introduces our software engineering services and solution areas. Articles explain general approaches and are not a specification or professional advice for a particular project. Solution visuals illustrate possible workflows; they do not establish a client endorsement, a completed deployment or guaranteed results. We aim to keep information useful and accurate and welcome reports of errors.
3. Enquiries and project agreements
Sending an enquiry or viewing an engagement model does not place an order or create a paid service agreement. Scope, deliverables, fees, taxes, payment dates, acceptance, ownership, confidentiality, support and cancellation arrangements are agreed separately in writing before work begins. Those agreed project terms govern the relevant services. No fixed delivery time or price is promised by a website illustration.
4. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, impersonate another person or submit material you do not have permission to share. Automated access must not disrupt the website or bypass access restrictions.
5. Content and intellectual property
Website content, branding, design elements and software may be owned by Tech Zone Media or third-party rights holders. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to redistribute its design, code or assets. You may link to publicly available pages and use content where the rights holder’s permission or applicable law allows. Client deliverables and third-party software are governed by their respective agreements and licences.
6. Forms and external services
The contact form opens a draft in your email application; you must review and send it yourself. The newsletter demonstration currently validates locally and does not create a subscription. External websites, including social networks and email services, operate under their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of website enquiries.
7. Availability, changes and responsibility
Pages may be updated, moved or temporarily unavailable during maintenance or because of issues outside our control. Please contact us if an error affects your use of the website. These terms do not exclude responsibility for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any responsibility that the law does not allow to be excluded. They do not remove mandatory consumer rights or remedies. Any service-specific allocation of responsibility must be set out fairly in the separate project agreement.
8. Questions and changes to these terms
Last updated: 27 October 2026. Changes will be published here for future website use; they do not retrospectively alter a signed project agreement. If there is a concern or disagreement, please email info@techzonemedia.com so we can try to resolve it. Applicable mandatory laws and access to courts or other remedies remain available.
